How to Fit your Solo Nasal:

  1. Pull the headgear over your head with one hand while holding the nasal cushion with the other.
  2. Separate the top strap and the bottom by pulling the orange top strap to the top of your head. (long hair does well with a ponytail between the top and bottom strap).
  3. Now pull the cushion of the mask below your nose and then press it against the bottom of your nose where it should stay in place.
  4. Turn on your CPAP and check seal. Press the cushion a bit tighter if you have any leaks.

 

How to size Solo Nasal:

  1. Place the sizing gauge (click here to view gauge)under your nose. Having someone watch you or be in front of a mirror.
  2. Check to see which size your nose matches.
  3. You nose should not go outside of inside of the colored area.
  4. Attach that size cushion to your Solo Nasal. Mask size labeling is on wing of cushion.
  5. Check fit with CPAP attached and running.
